SoCo Beach Project : Branding
A community living summer experience for young adults.
The South Coast Beach Project is non-profit 4 month spring/summer Christian discipleship and community living experience for young adults. Participants engage in intentional community living with bible study and discussions while engaging with the community through full time work.
SOCO launched it’s first year in the summer of 2021, 4 months from May to August.
It was in need of a complete branding system: logo, website, promotional, print, and social media design.
While it was important to showcase the beach in this logo, it was equally important to not have 'cheesy' and
'touristy' elements.
The window design is used because at the SoCo Beach Project, we are inviting young adults to step out into the world and be open to a new, growing experience through community. Having the open window design also gives the space to show the beach/summer atmosphere of the project.
The website was redesigned to display the new brand style and colours. Other print advertisements and material were created to spread the word about the program to future participants and donors.
